Little Posts
Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of Little Posts. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Last updated: July 25, 2026
1. The service
Little Posts connects to repositories you authorize, interprets development activity, groups related work, and generates editable writing drafts. Features may change as the product develops.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Your repositories and content
You must have permission to connect each repository and submit its information for processing. You retain ownership of your repository content, instructions, edits, and other material you provide. You grant Little Posts a limited license to access, process, transmit, and store that material only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use the drafts generated for your account. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it.
4. AI-generated content
Artificial intelligence can produce incomplete, inaccurate, or similar content for different users. Little Posts does not guarantee that generated content is correct, unique, or suitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for checking facts, code, confidentiality, ownership, and compliance before using or publishing a draft.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use the service or generated content unlawfully;
- connect repositories or process material without authorization;
- probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or another account;
- introduce malware or use the service for spam or deception; or
- resell or systematically extract the service except under a written agreement with Little Posts.
6. Trials, subscriptions, and payment
Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the price and billing interval shown when you check out. Trials may be offered with or without a payment method. If a payment method is present, the paid subscription will automatically begin and renew at the end of the trial unless you cancel before then. A trial without a payment method ends unless one is added before the trial expires. Subscriptions renew until canceled. You can manage payment details or cancel a subscription through the billing portal available in Little Posts.
Taxes may apply. Except where required by law, charges already paid are non-refundable. Promotions and discounts may have additional conditions shown when offered.
7. Third-party services
Little Posts depends on services such as GitHub, authentication providers, AI providers, infrastructure providers, and Stripe. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or for changes they make that affect Little Posts.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties, address nonpayment, comply with law, or respond to a violation of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
9. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Little Posts is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Little Posts will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Little Posts’ aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for it during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will apply prospectively, and continued use after they take effect means you accept the updated terms. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
